The New Sibme Copilot Home

Copilot got a fresh home. Cleaner, faster, easier to work with.

Open Sibme and Copilot is right there waiting. Ask a question, pull up a tool, or dig into your history. The new layout puts the conversation front and center and gets out of your way. AI Tools and History are one click from the message box.

Copilot Knows Your Classroom

This is the big one. Copilot is now platform aware.

If you’re a teacher, Copilot knows your classroom. Your videos, your huddles, your resources, your reports. Ask it about your evidence and it answers from what’s actually in your account.

If you’re an instructional leader, Copilot knows your school and your district. The same grounded answers, scaled to what you oversee.

You can also point Copilot at a single artifact. Open a video, click Ask Copilot about this Artifact, and pull the transcription, comments, framework, lesson plan, and AI reports into context. Then ask away. Copilot reads what you select and answers from it.

The New Observations Module

Running an observation cycle used to mean tracking steps across spreadsheets and email. Not anymore.

The new Observations module gives you one grid for your whole cycle. Every observee, every step, every status, in a single view. Set up a process once (goal-setting, walkthroughs, formal observations, mid-year and final evaluations) with start and due dates for each step, then watch it fill in as the year moves.

Color-coded status tells you where everyone stands at a glance: Not Started, In Progress, Waiting, Done Late, Done. Filter by people, custom fields, categories, process, or step status. Search any observee. Switch between Observer and Observee views.

Build a process, assign your teachers, and the whole year of evidence collection lives in one place.

We’re also continuing to build out reporting for Observations, and pushing Copilot further into your local context so every answer reflects where you teach and what you teach.
