Updates include Reporting and Analytics, an enhanced User Profile, Artifact Folders in Huddles and Workspace, and Thumbnail previews for non-video artifacts.

Updates to Analytics, Reporting and Trackers

In addition to enhancing our existing analytics, we’ve built entire new reporting dashboards to help you build, view, and export custom reports on Sibme data. Our enhanced reporting and analytics dashboards will make it even easier to get a sense of activity at a glance and dive more deeply into the specific data you need to measure activity and outcomes.

Here are the four main updates to reporting and analytics:

  • Leaderboard : The Analytics Overview page got a facelift and a new report. Your account leaderboard lets you get a quick view of the people who are most active in your Sibme account.

  • Profile: We’ve replaced the “Player Card” with an enhanced Profile page. You can access someone’s Profile by clicking on their name in any report. From there you can see individual data on activities and outcomes, check progress on goals, and quickly see all the Huddles that the user is participating in.

  • Huddle and Coaching Reports: We’ve added three new reports to the Tracker page, which can be accessed from the Home Screen or from the Analytics Tab. All three reports let you customize the data you want to report, and then collate and curate it by Huddle Type, Coaching, and Assessor relationships. This gives you the ability to see what people are doing in different Huddles in your account, allowing you to see more information about how people are collaborating, coaching, and reflecting throughoutin Sibme.

  • Configurable Reports: The User Summary, Coaching, Assessment, and Huddle Reports can give you data on virtually anything that happens in Sibme, but the reports can sometimes be overwhelming. That’s why we’ve built a configurable reports dashboard that allows you to create custom reports by selecting just the data you want to see. We created three custom reports for you already, but to create your own, just click on the gear!

  • Custom Fields: With multiple artifact types, comments, frameworks, performance levels, and tags, you can collect a lot of data in Sibme! But maybe there’s more that you need to know! Account Owners and Super Admins now have the ability to define Custom Fields for Users to enter in their User Settings. This might include demographic information, location, or cohort. Additionally, for accounts with Assessment Huddles enabled, you can create Custom Assessment Fields that can then be used in Assessment Huddles, allowing you to enter grades and other information for those you are assessing in Assessment Huddles. Custom Fields can then be used in any configurable report.

Artifact Folders in Workspace and Huddles : You asked, we answered! Many users have suggested an easier way to organize videos and artifacts in your Workspace and Huddles. With Artifact Folders, you can drag and drop your artifacts and keep them organized the way you want!

Thumbnail Previews : By now, you’ve probably noticed that your Workspace and Huddles are much more colorful! We’ve replaced the generic thumbnails for non-video artifacts with previews of your documents, pictures, websites, and files. Now, when you upload and share files in the Sibme platform, you’ll be able to preview them and see all your files in one place.

Auto-Delete : You can now decide to auto-delete videos from the Sibme mobile app once they’ve successfully uploaded to your Workspace and Huddles. This saves from having to manually delete videos from your offline videos and frees up storage space on your device. This setting can also be configured by Account Owners and Super Admins from Account settings to enable across all network owned devices .
